Deputy Minister welcomes CSSIW report
The Deputy Minister for Social Services Gwenda Thomas has welcomed the Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales (CSSIW) Chief Inspector’s annual report for 2010-2011, published Monday 20 February. The report can be found here: http://wales.gov.uk/cssiwsubsite/newcssiw/news/5754182/?lang=en In her response to the report Ms Thomas said: “I’ve read the report carefully and recognise the important insights it gives policy-makers and service commissioners as we look to secure the best possible services for those who need them. “I welcome the way the inspectorate has engaged with people who use services and carers and included their voices in the report."
