Welcome to our new members - find out who's joined us in May 2015
Care Forum Wales is delighted to welcome six new members in May and looks forward to working together with them and our existing members.
We were joined by:
Comfort Care Homes group, south Wales
Dr. Ashok Bansal enrolled four of his homes as CFW members – Glan yr Afon (Caerphilly), Dan y Graig (Newport), Plas yr Bryn (Llanelli) & Ynysddu (Caerphilly). This brings the Comfort Care Homes group’s CFW membership to a total of seven homes across South Wales.
Foel Farm Care Home, west Wales
The home provides personal care and accommodation for up to six younger adults with a learning disability. Foel Farm is situated in a rural location near Newcastle Emlyn, Carmarthenshire. The accommodation is provided over two floors in a former farm house.
Cymryd Rhan - domiciliary care agency, north Wales
Cymryd Rhan is a domiciliary care agency that offers services to adults with a diagnosis of learning disability, physical disability and mental health needs. Services are delivered within the counties of Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire and Wrexham. The agency provides these services from their registered office in Mold.
